U.S. Borders… Revolving Doors

Jul 17, 2015 — Sadly in today's news the border is all over national news with the senseless gunning down of Kate Steinle and a law is trying to be passed in her memory to prevent illegal aliens from using our borders as a revolving door. If you add the circumstance surrounding Kate’s tragic death to those surrounding Cheree, what you end up with is the need for a cohesive, well coordinated ICE, Law enforcement, Corrections system, where all principles can communicate effectively to stop felons and illegal aliens from murdering innocent people.

If both agencies did their jobs, Cheree would be alive today, and so would Kate.
Jul 21, 2015 — Thank you for all of your support, we would have never made it this far without you! In the last 3 day's we almost doubled are signatures and we have had almost 6 thousand views.  We can hardly believe 5 years has gone by and it's a milestone that we want to remember in a positive way. We have faith and hope that Cheree's legacy will help others in the future. The revolving door on the United States Mexican boarder needs to be closed.
From Bill O’Reilly’s Website:
The Factor is trying to get a new law passed that would mandate a five year prison sentence for any Illegal alien who commits a felony in the USA that is deported and comes back. The law will be named Kate's Law after Kate Steinle who was shot and killed by an illegal immigrant earlier this month.
If Kate’s Law was in effect before Cheree’s Osmanhodzic was murdered, Loera would still be in Jail, he was arrested and deported to Mexico, came back to USA, committed a felony, again deported. Kate’s Law would mandate a five year prison sentence, he said he was (and ICE viewed him as) a Mexican national. Unfortunately, they only realized that he was a USA citizen after he murdered Cheree.
